Thelma’s Kitchen
As part of the club's District Grant project, several members of the club served at Thelma's Kitchen in Kansas City, MO. Thelma’s Kitchen is a nonprofit community café and social venture of Reconciliation Services. Their purpose is to bring people together over fresh, affordable meals in the heart of Kansas City. Members participated in all aspects of Thelma's Kitchen, from greeting, to serving, to cleaning up. Watch for more service days as we accumulate 80 hours of club volunteering as promise in our district grand.
